I can't even begin to explain how lucky I was to get Dr. Cynthia. We were on vacation from Washington State and my son, who is severe ADHD and has problems eating and drinking (the meds reduce appetite), fainted from dehydration on Duval Street in Key West. He landed on the curb mouth first and broke and dislodged two upper incisors. Not joking, there was blood and broken teeth everywhere and a lot of people trying to help him. Our hotel was in Florida City but I tried to get an emergency dentist in Key West, since we're were there, Then I tried to find any emergency dentist of the Keys There was no emergency dentists that would take an 11 year old. The next morning I was searching for emergency dentists and this clinic showed up. I called and Dr. Cynthia said she could take him as soon as we could get there. Best decision of my life. She took him in and moved the teeth back where they should have been, repaired the broken parts of his teeth, and put in a metal wire to hold the teeth in place. As soon as we got home we went to our regular dentist who was quite impressed with the emergency job that was done. About a week and a half later, When the wire fell off, his regular dentist really didn't have the experience or tools to fix it and referred us to an orthodontist. The Orthodontist was also quite impressed with the work Dr. Cynthia had done and said the teeth were stable enough not to need the wire to hold them into place. My son still needs to be monitored and will most likely need root canals but it could have been a lot worse without Dr. Cynthia.

I love this dentist office! Scheduling is simple and easy. The office is very clean, and they greet clients right away. I am very anxious at the dentist because my teeth are very sensitive, and the sounds of the instruments drive me nuts. My most recent cleaning was painless and quick! The entire staff listened to my concerns and were very attentive. My only complaint is that I am left waiting in the dentist chair when I do have my cleanings. I expected my appointment to last one hour but it probably took 1.5-2 hours.
