From the moment you walk into the office, the two front desk receptionists are incredibly friendly. The atmosphere is very warm, and the way they treat patients is outstanding. I haven’t had good experiences at previous dental offices, but I’m truly grateful my insurance recommended this one because I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Isela is extremely patient and takes the time to answer all your questions. No matter what, she’s always willing to print any invoices you may need. My dentist, Cynthia, is very kind and caring, and she explains everything in detail. My hygienist, Yosvel, is very attentive and friendly. He also explains everything thoroughly, and the service has been excellent since day one. Dr. Zulema was exceptional when it came to tooth extraction. I didn’t feel pain afterward, and I healed very quickly. I had my wisdom teeth surgery two days ago, and Dr. Lina Alsad was very kind and explained everything in detail. My surgery was a bit complicated; however, it exceeded my expectations. I have very little pain, minimal swelling, and everything went perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office. They truly care about the patient’s well-being and not just about money. Everyone is professional, extremely kind, and the environment is amazing.
